What are Oh Frig bags made of?
Our bags are made from Dupont™ Tyvek® which is a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) material. The bag’s handles are made of cotton.
Are Oh Frig bags recyclable?
Yes! Not only are our bags recyclable, but we would also encourage you to upcycle our bags. The materials used are hardy and there are many online resources dedicated to guiding you on how to turn Tyvek into wallets, stuff bags, passport covers and many more items.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. All items are shipped via standard airmail out of Singapore. Do contact us directly if other shipment methods are required.

International shipments are subject to duties and fees that vary by country and are based on the value of your order. The amount calculated depends on the destination country's tax and valuation method. Customs duties and fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Refunds
We are happy to offer refunds for products that are defective or damaged upon arrival. To qualify for a refund, products must have been purchased via www.ohfrig.com, is in unused condition and requested within 30days of purchase.

Please note that we are unable to cover shipping costs or additional duties and fees charged for international returns. For purchases that enjoyed free shipping, such costs may be deducted from the total amount refunded.

Product Care
Our bags are washable; they can be gently hand washed or wiped down with a damp soapy cloth. Thereafter, do air dry the bags. Please avoid using bleach, dryers and do not iron.
